At PONGO London we pride ourselves on the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please feel free to return your socks within 28 days of purchase.
All items have to be unopened with the packaging seal unbroken with labels and packaging intact for hygiene reasons. When you return or exchange any product, you must cover the shipping charges. Please note that you will not be reimbursed for the original shipping charges.
If you would like to change your item for a different colour or size, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.
Items on "sale" must be returned within 7 days of dispatch. For general questions please visit our FAQ section.
We do not offer gift vouchers or (loaded) gift cards on a sale and return basis.
Before returning your socks please contact us with details of your return. If you do not contact us before hand, you run the risk of not receiving your refund or exchange. We do not take responsibility for any items lost during the return shipping.
- Find your order number.
- Find the email that includes the tracking link to Control Port, click the link to reach ViewPort and then click the ‘Return my Order’ button.
- Confirm your Post Code, and click next.
- Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return. Don’t forget to add any useful notes in the text box provided.
- Click the ‘Complete’ button and follow the instructions on screen to print your returns slip.
- Place your printed returns slip inside the box before packaging it up ready to send back to us.
Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
Please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to be processed we will notify you once we have received your parcel.
